New England Central Airways (NECA) was founded in 1946 and operated from 1946 to 1947. NECA provided service on three routes, Boston to Martha’s Vineyard, Boston to New Bedford and Martha’s Vineyard to Nantucket. The airline filed for bankruptcy in October 1948.
